About Jason Bryant

I’m a writer, actor and voice over artist. I was as a radio announcer for a decade before branching out into film, television, commercials and animation. I’m the author of The Green Cafe series, a young-adult sci-fi adventure about two teenagers who discover a portal to another planet in the basement of a coffee shop.

Voice Overs
I’m available for voice overs at Twisted Pair Productions, a Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada recording studio. With over 20 years of experience and hundreds of credits including SaskTel, SGI, Tourism Saskatchewan, SaskPower, SaskEnergy, Ministry of Highways and The Saskatchewan Roughriders.

Animation credits include the voice of Otis the Otter in the children’s animated series, Why Am I? Available now on Citytv.

I also voice Sonny (the blue character above) in the animated series Sonny’s World from Landslide Entertainment. Lina, a 7-year-old girl and Ethan, a 6-year-old boy travel to the Magical World to visit their best friend Sonny. Together they play all sorts of fun games like bouncing on giant marshmallows or partaking in a shapeshifting competition.

I’ve been a stand-in and photo double on dozens of film and television projects; for Christian Slater in Stranded, for Nick Stahl in the movie “Sleepwalking” starring Charlize Theron, AnnaSofia Robb, Dennis Hopper and Woody Harrelson. Also, “The Englishman’s Boy”, “Downloading Nancy”, “Surveillance”, “Sabbatical” and “Walled In” with Mischa Barton.

I played “Mr. Richardson”, a season two recurring role in the Showcase/APTN series “Moccasin Flats”. I also appeared in and worked on InSecurity, a TV series on CBC.

I was also seen as a “Customer” in “Just Friends” with Ryan Reynolds and Amy Smart. I was also a part of the fictional town of Dog River in the hit Canadian CTV series “Corner Gas” including a season 6 appearance as a Hank look-a-like comic book fan.
