I received a response from the Cable Company regarding my concerns about the quality of their HD service. The representative told me that they were aware of the problem and were in the process of diagnosing the source. She seemed genuinely concerned and wanted to make sure to let me know that they weren’t ignoring me. They have no idea if the problem is with the cable boxes, the software, the network or the source. As long as they are looking into it, I’m satisfied. We’ll see if the problem actually gets solved.
